The apartment, located in a building of only 3 floors, offers a courtyard and an unassigned parking space in a closed condominium area. Spacious and bright, it is tastefully furnished and cared for in detail, with a double living room with two balconies, 2 large bedrooms (one with a terrace), a kitchen, two bathrooms, a dressing room, and a laundry room.
