The apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the island of Ortigia (200 meters), and it is situated on the first floor.
There is an open space with the kitchen (fully equipped) and a large sofa that converts into a comfortable bed to accommodate two additional people. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a wardrobe.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, dishes, pots, cleaning staff for both the house and personal care - basic equipment - etc.), and it comes with a minimal initial provision of food, such as coffee, sugar, mineral water, olive oil, salt, and spices.
