Just 50 meters from the sea and a short distance from the majestic Piazza Duomo, our apartment offers a unique experience in the lively context of Ortigia - the pulsating heart of Syracuse. Located in a charming ancient building, recently renovated, the loft is spread over two levels to ensure you an unforgettable stay.
On the lower level, you will find a cozy living room with a large sofa (bed), LCD TV, and a small balcony, a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and another balcony, as well as a spacious bathroom with a large shower.
The upper level hosts a fully equipped, complete, and independent kitchen. From here, you can access our lovely terrace overlooking the charming roofs of Ortigia, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy a good glass of wine or a romantic dinner under the stars of Syracuse.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to make your stay pleasant, including air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, dishes, pots, household and personal cleaners, and other basic amenities. Additionally, to welcome you, we offer a small initial supply of food, including coffee, sugar, mineral water, olive oil, salt, and spices.
